Unworn items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your item or if the ring size is not suitable, we consider it a return. In such cases, you are welcome to place a new order for the desired item. Our jewelry is 18 to 24k gold plated over brass.
For our silver pieces, we employ 92.5 sterling silver.
Our gems are natural and authentic, each gem posses unique textures, inclusions, and colors. t's part of their natural beauty. Gemstones are not identical, and each stone has a unique color. The jewelry you receive may vary from the website photos.
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Our pieces come with 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product.

To keep your pieces always looking beautiful, it is best not to use your jewelry for domestic work, avoid contact with chemicals and repetitive situations where there is friction between the piece and the surface. This precaution prevents wear and tear on the bath, especially on the inside of the ring rim. It is natural for greater oxidation to occur in items used by people who sweat a lot, have a high level of uric acid, or use some special medication.
