Refund policy

Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 14 days of purchase.
 
Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund.

Items should be unused, unaltered and in the original condition. Have no signs of scratches or dents and it must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping item(s) back to us as we do not provide return labels. 

To request a return please email us at info@belojwelry.com or respond to your confirmation email, including items you would like to return/exchange, the order number, and your contact information. 

Damage Items

We take great care to ensure you get flawless pieces. Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly if you find any defects, damages, or if you received an incorrect item. This will enable us to assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchange Policy

We don’t offer exchanges. If you didn’t like your item or the ring size didn’t fit, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order.
